It's definitely Spring because we are seeing more homes coming on the market, as is typical for this time of year. Other prices on today's tour (excluding the riverfront property) was $154,900 - $335,000.

By the way check this company MDFI. Their stock is going to hit the roof because of the recent announcements with bringing personal health information through iphone.
